You’ll be part of a dynamic team at our resort in Canggu, where you’ll provide top-notch healthcare services while organizing and leading a variety of activities designed to enhance guest satisfaction and well-being.

As a Company Nurse, you’ll ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff, conducting regular health checks, administering first aid, and managing medical emergencies. You’ll work closely with our medical team and local healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Meanwhile, as a Guest Activity Coordinator, you’ll plan and execute a diverse range of activities, from yoga sessions and cooking classes to adventure tours and cultural experiences, all tailored to our guests' interests and preferences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services to guests and staff, including health assessments, first aid, and emergency response.
• Plan and coordinate a variety of recreational activities, ensuring they align with our resort’s wellness and recreation goals.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers and our medical team to ensure high-quality healthcare standards.
• Develop and implement wellness programs and activity schedules that promote guest satisfaction and well-being.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare and recreational programs, making data-driven improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of healthcare services and guest activities for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Ensure all activities and healthcare services comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their health and enjoyment are prioritized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field, with at least 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Certification in First Aid and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Proven experience in planning and coordinating recreational activities and wellness programs.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
