📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.,Process orders and ensure they are completed accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and issues promptly.,Update customer records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Experience in handling high-volume customer inquiries is a plus.
