As the Lead Butler, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient care, and staff coordination.,Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.,Handle and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.,Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.,Maintain accurate records and reports of clinic activities.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record-keeping.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid certification in first aid and CPR.
