📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance,Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of the organization and employees,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Manage budgets for training and development programs,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning and development programs,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
