📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert beauty consultations to clients, offering personalized advice on luxury beauty products.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the latest trends and innovations in high-end beauty.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the beauty display area, ensuring it is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Assist in organizing beauty events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new product launches from leading beauty brands.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure seamless customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the beauty section.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury beauty retail or beauty consulting.
• Proven track record of success in luxury beauty sales and customer service.
• Excellent knowledge of high-end beauty brands and products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with discerning clients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with beauty software and point-of-sale systems.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Degree in Beauty Science, Cosmetology, or a related field is a plus.
