📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software.,Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers.,Assisting in the deployment and management of security measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure.,Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.,Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.,Providing training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.,Assisting in the management of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and principles.
