Diamond Store Sentosa is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining all necessary documentation and records. This position is based in Seminyak, Bali, and offers a competitive salary package of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and other transportation.,Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, including regular maintenance and servicing.,Maintain all necessary documentation and records, including vehicle logs, insurance papers, and roadworthy certificates.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies, and work with relevant parties to resolve them.,Conduct regular fleet inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Provide regular reports and updates on fleet performance and status to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
