📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
