📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.,Assist in the planning and coordination of training events and workshops.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and practical.,Provide support and guidance to new employees during the onboarding process.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other training tools.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
