📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and CRM software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
