🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
