📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
