In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing engineering projects from start to finish. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, design, and manage engineering projects according to company standards and client requirements.,Oversee the work of engineering staff and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.,Prepare project reports, including progress updates, cost estimates, and final deliverables.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, and construction, to ensure project success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.,Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
