📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and benefits information.,Support the HR team in organizing and conducting training sessions for new employees and existing staff.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll-related documents and information.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
