📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work placement processes for Indonesian professionals in Japan.
• Build and maintain relationships with Japanese companies and organizations.
• Facilitate smooth transitions and integrations for Indonesian professionals in their new roles.
• Manage communication and documentation using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Japan.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand Sansan Yosindo's presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Attend industry events and networking sessions to foster professional relationships.
• Provide support and guidance to Indonesian professionals throughout their work placement experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and Japanese business cultures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
• Ability to travel frequently to Japan for business purposes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Certification in project management or business development is a plus.
