As a Medical Administrator at Makmur Elok Graha, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records using our in-house software, EMR (Electronic Medical Records). You will also be involved in scheduling patient appointments, coordinating with doctors and nurses, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain patient records using EMR software
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate patient care
- Process insurance claims and manage billing and payment procedures
- Assist in the organization and management of medical supplies and equipment
- Provide administrative support to the medical staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Medical Office Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
- Proficient in using EMR software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
- Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus
