You'll work closely with our finance team to maintain financial records, prepare monthly financial statements, and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the office in Denpasar, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Provide financial support to the management team as needed.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Participate in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a corporate or facility management setting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis would be a plus.
