In this role, you will use platforms like TikTok Live, Instagram Live, and YouTube Live to host live streams, showcasing our latest products, sharing beauty tips, and answering viewer questions. You will also collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to create engaging content and achieve our sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streams on TikTok Live, Instagram Live, and YouTube Live to engage with our audience and promote our products.
• Create and deliver engaging content, including product demonstrations, beauty tips, and Q&A sessions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop live stream strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize live stream content.
• Build and maintain a strong personal brand as a beauty influencer.
• Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions and providing valuable information.
• Promote our products and services through live interactions and social media.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and social media marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live stream host or social media influencer in the beauty industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming tools like TikTok Live, Instagram Live, and YouTube Live.
• Understanding of beauty products and trends, with the ability to provide valuable insights and advice.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet live stream schedules.
• Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize content.

• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
