📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other inventory management software.
• Forecast material requirements based on production schedules and market demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure smooth material flow from suppliers to the production floor.
• Work closely with the production team to address any material-related issues and find solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the electronics manufacturing process is a plus.
