In this role, you’ll handle daily tasks such as taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting workspace. You’ll also assist with inventory management and basic cash handling. With our supportive team and ongoing training, you’ll grow both personally and professionally in a dynamic hospitality setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional demeanor
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including tables, counters, and restrooms
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
• Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) as needed
