📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the Enterprise sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and retain high-value enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure our clients have access to the latest features and functionality.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and showcase Stripe's capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of the sales team to ensure they are equipped to meet their targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the payments and financial technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications in sales or related fields are a plus.
