As a Branch Manager at Star Sparta Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all sales and operational activities in the Jakarta and Tangerang branches.
• Manage a team of 15-20 employees, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to optimize sales.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the regional manager to ensure branch alignment with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the Jakarta market.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
