📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess credit applications and make informed decisions using our state-of-the-art credit scoring tools and data analytics software.
• Work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and financial situations, and provide them with tailored credit solutions.
• Develop and implement credit strategies that help our customers achieve their financial objectives.
• Monitor and manage credit portfolios, ensuring that they are performing in line with our credit policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, helping our customers to navigate the credit application process and achieve their financial goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our credit offerings and processes.
• Work collaboratively with our team of financial experts to develop and implement credit strategies that help our customers achieve their financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit operations, credit analysis, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of credit scoring models, credit risk management, and credit policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and analysis.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in using credit scoring tools and data analytics software, such as FICO, Experian, or Equifax.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
