📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the motor pool, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and insurance compliance.
• Plan and optimize routes for transportation logistics, ensuring timely delivery of goods and personnel.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Provide regular reports to management on fleet performance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet and logistics management, preferably in the construction or transportation industry.
• Certification in Fleet Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software such as Geotab, FleetComplete, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of route planning and optimization tools like Google Maps, Waze, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
