📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate with senior management to address employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain office facilities, including cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
