📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance activities of the plant, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition.
• Manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and work orders using SAP PM.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in industrial maintenance.
• Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and implementing maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with SAP PM or similar maintenance management software is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management or similar standards is a plus.
