📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct face-to-face visits to customers to collect overdue payments and resolve any issues related to their accounts.
• Use communication and negotiation skills to work with customers and find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Document all collection activities and follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the collection team to develop and implement collection strategies and plans.
• Monitor and report on collection metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and learn from colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Home Credit's collection software and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
