📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and decorate a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts using advanced pastry techniques.
- Assist the Head Pastry Chef in developing and refining pastry menus.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety in the pastry kitchen.
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients.
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during meals.
- Participate in quality control and taste testing to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest pastry trends and techniques to enhance our offerings.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven expertise in pastry arts, including bread making, cake decorating, and chocolates.
- Certification in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
